There will be two Awards this year -
- The Open Source Excellence Award.
- The SICSA Student Award
The Awards are open to students, individuals and public and private sector organisations. To qualify, entrants should be able to evidence achievements in:
- The development of Open Source Projects
- Contributions to Open Source Projects
- Innovative use of Open Source
- Activities that promote Open Source
- Projects that use Open Source
- Other activities that further the use and profile of Open Source Software.
